There are several government small business programs that may be of interest to you, including the Historically Black Colleges and Universities/Minority Institutions, Hub-Zone, Indian Incentive, Mentor-Protégé, Small Business Innovation Research, Women-Owned Small Business, and Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Programs.

Information on these programs, publications, and much more is available for download from the federal agency Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (SADBU) web-site. There you can also learn more about the programs mentioned above.
